Jim started a small IT business in the early 90s and then cut his teeth in software at FatWire, a leading content management and digital engagement company, later acquired by Oracle.  Serving in hands-on technical roles and management positions in engineering, product management, quality assurance and professional services, his pragmatic approach to technology and client-focused style ultimately led to Jim leading the North American services team to profitability as VP of Client Services.

Subsequently, Mr. Voss ran operations at Advisor Products, a marketing and technology company serving financial advisors, where he oversaw the revamp of their content management system resulting in a 300% reduction in website development time.

Finally, prior to joining Bridgeline, as Chief Technology Officer of ProSeeder Technologies, Jim led the successful creation, deployment, launch and implementation of a multi-tenant SaaS financial collaboration and workflow platform used by Venture Capital Funds, Investment Banks and Fortune 500 Companies.

Mr. Voss received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a B.S. in Organizational Management from Manhattan College.
